
CHRISTINE R. FITZGERALD
Ms. Fitzgerald concentrates on counseling and representing publicly and privately held corporations, as well as entrepreneurs, in complex business litigation and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in matters relating to commercial contracts and the financial services industry, including securities commodities, trading and securities fraud, trade secrets and unfair competition, corporate governance, insolvency and creditors rights, and insurance/reinsurance litigation and regulatory affairs. Ms. Fitzgerald has represented clients and appeared before federal and state courts and administrative bodies nationwide and internationally, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
