R. Fitzgerald, Partner
Christine
heads the firm's litigation
and dispute resolution practice. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced
complex commercial litigation at a large Wall Street firm from 1997 to
2004, and at a small Boston area firm from 2005 to 2007. She concentrates
on counseling and representing publicly and privately held corporations,
as well as entrepreneurs, in business litigation and dispute resolution.
Christine
has extensive experience in matters relating to the securities and financial
services industry, commercial contracts, securities fraud, trade secrets
and unfair competition, corporate governance, jurisdictional issues, insolvency
and creditors rights, and insurance litigation.
She
regularly has delivered victories in complex business actions in federal
and state courts, including the specialized commercial litigation courts
in
|
New York and Boston, and before arbitration and mediation tribunals
of the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority. Christine has also advised and represented public entities,
including the Massachusetts Division of Insurance and the Indiana Department
of Insurance in regulatory and adjudicatory proceedings relating to
insurance company demutualizations and mergers.
