FREESTYLE MUSIC PARK CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING Park Set to Bring Full Volume Family Entertainment to Myrtle Beach May 22, 2009 – Memorial Day weekend marks the grand opening in Myrtle Beach, SC, of Freestyle Music Park, a theme park based on the celebration of music. FPI-MB Entertainment LLC ("FPI-MB") purchased the 55-acre theme park, formely known as Hark Rock Park, in February 2009 for $25 million at a bankruptcy auction, and has made a substantial investment in the park's shows and rides to broaden its appeal to families. FPI-MB intends the park to be the prototype and launching point for its Freestyle Park brand throughout the world. Belcher, Starr & Fitzgerald advised Baker Leisure Group, LLC one of the members of FPI-MB, in structuring the operating agreement under which it will manage the park on behalf of FPI-MB.
