MICHAEL J. STARR
Mr. Starr advises individuals and fiduciaries in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration. His clients range from families with substantial assets and closely-held business interests to those primarily concerned with matters such as possible guardianship of minor children or Medicaid planning issues. His experience also includes drafting and administering various charitable trusts, including charitable remainder unitrusts.

In addition, his practice involves a wide variety of real estate matters as they relate to estate planning and administration. Mr. Starr's wider real estate practice includes sales, leasing, zoning and environmental matters in residential and commercial settings. He appears before town boards and municipal officials regarding permits and other approvals.

Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Starr was an Associate at Taylor, Ganson & Perrin, LLP, in Boston.
